In addition to the money collected from the race, Sarasota BMX donated $500 to the Scholarship fund.

Turkey Open at Sarasota BMX a Winner!

Open Riders Recieve Turkeys

Friday's Turkey Open was a big hit, with all of the fifty riders in the Opens going home with their Thanksgiving turkey. Originally, the track had planned to give those prizes only to the racers who made their Open main. When it was discovered the number of all of the open riders was the same as the amount of turkeys on hand, the decision was made to award every rider that tasty trophy.

We hope everyone enjoyed the race and has a wonderful Thankgiving holiday.

Track Director Says Thanks

Volunteers Made Race Successful

Sarasota BMX Track Director Kelvin Yow would like to say thanks to all of the many volunteers who helped make the Fall Classic/Southeast Regional Championship a truly great weekend. BMX racing takes the efforts of dedicated people putting in countless hours of hard work for each race to run smoothly. This past weekend that dedication and effort resulted in three fun and memorable races. Also, a special thanks to all of the racers who excited us with their talents and competitive spirit.

We hope all of you will visit Sarasota BMX again, soon. .
